Jean-Marie Balogh Curriculum Vitae

I am a visual communicator and graphic designer. I was born in Switzerland and have solid international experience in creative industries and art education.

After studying illustration at the Scuola del Fumetto in Milan and obtaining a Federal Graphic Design Certificate at the CSIA in Lugano, I specialized in multimedia design at the SAE Institute in Geneva and later completed a degree in Visual Communication at SUPSI in Lugano.

I was privileged to work in Vietnam for six years in close contact with local and international creative realities, contributing to projects ranging from traditional graphic design to multimedia design to storyboarding. My professional experiences between Saigon and Da Nang allowed me to explore the visual approach in a multicultural and ever-changing context.

Always in Vietnam, for the past four years, I have been mainly dedicated to teaching in middle school and high schools, where I had the privilege of guiding students through advanced elective courses such as AP Art and Design, focusing on 2D and 3D drawing and design. Oltre a questo, ho insegnato graphic design, 3D Art Mixed Media, disegno e pittura, arricchendo il percorso formativo con continui riferimenti alla storia dell'arte, per fornire agli studenti una preparazione interdisciplinare che stimoli la loro creatività e li ispiri a esplorare nuovi orizzonti espressivi.
